About Diane
My mission is to create the trip that my client envisions. I will ask all the questions to build an itinerary that is finalized when my client is excited about it. It can be an intricate trip such as gorilla trekking in Rwanda to a relaxing beach side vacation in Aruba to a cultural blitz in Thailand. And if my clients have no idea where to go? I use my experience and training to make the best suggestions to fit their vacation style.
I have teamed up with The Travel Center of Hanover, a Frosch Company. My years of experience and travel allow me take the stress out of your travel planning and build your itinerary curated to your idea of the perfect vacation. She customized our dream of a lifetime trip to Italy to be exactly what we wanted. Every detail.of our trip was thoughtfully planned. When our airline cancelled our flight and tried to bump us to the following day Diane stepped in and made sure we were rebooked for the same day we planned to.leave. Even when we were in Italy she stayed in touch to ensure everything was going well. We felt so well taken care of and so grateful for her.

Diane planned a trip for my husband and I to Spain. We had never visited, and had no idea where to start. Diane asked us about our personal interests and tailored the perfect vacation for us! She was so thoughtful and attentive, not only throughout the planning process, but also during our vacation. One of our tours had been cancelled last minute. Upon letting her know, Diane almost immediately got us a full refund and had us booked for another tour! We didn’t have to worry about a thing. It’s obvious that Diane puts a huge amount of effort and care into her work and loves what she does. We will definitely be using her services again in the future and we look forward to it!

Diane planned a trip for 10 of us to Turks and Caicos and she was amazing. She spent time learning about the resorts and suggesting best rooms for each of us. She spent a lot of time communicating with the hotel and events staff in advance and recommended excursions that she thought we would enjoy.
Diane was invaluable when it came to the day before our travel when 8 people had not received approval to travel to T & C. (Covid related approval). We didn’t have phone numbers to communicate with anyone, but she did. And one by one, over 8 hours she ensured that our approvals were processed and kept us updated every step of the way.
She followed up when we checked into the hotel to make sure everything was good and called today to ensure it was the best trip it could be. It was and we are grateful for all of her hard work.
If traveling, I highly recommend Diane. She’s the best and will spend the time needed to make sure all details are in order for an amazing experience!

It was a great trip. Delta was awesome and on time. There was a seat between each passenger . The hotel worked out great as it was a suite. Two bathrooms and was key with teenage girls. The breakfast included was convenient if a little limited due to COVID restrictions. No buffets or cook to order. They did their best. I’m sure it was the same everywhere. Grounds and pool clean. The beach a stones throw away. A great free shuttle to the pier and restaurants ams shopping started at 5.30pm each day. The gym was limited but passable. Clean and water available. Staff were very nice and helpful.
The only negative was the it was tricky to get Uber /Lyft to see the hotels location. We were successful In Getting a taxi to and from the airport. All in all I would recommend. Not a luxury destination but good for families.
On another note we switch our destination one day before departure and Diane took it in her stride and make it happen. Amazing. Professional and very good at her job.

Diane is the best travel agent that I have ever encountered! My fiancée and I were lucky enough to cross paths with her to book our honeymoon to Italy, and she exceeded our expectations! We were unaware of all the activities and excursions that are out there and Diane found them! She listened to what we enjoyed doing and planned a honeymoon that was fitted to us. She is reasonable and truly enjoys planning trips. Our experience with her has been wonderful and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to get away!
