Kevin is a top performing agent with several industry awards and advanced certifications. These include CRS, SRS, ABR, SRES, MRP, and South Shore Realtors Honor Society. He serves on a number of professional committees for the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, Greater Boston Association of Realtors, and South Shore Realtors. In addition to training and mentoring agents, Kevin teaches Buyer and Seller Workshops throughout the state.

He brings 25 years of marketing experience form his previous career in the bio-pharmaceutical industry, including the international launch of an $8 billion brand, Kevin elected eleven years ago to apply his marketing expertise and drive for excellence to real estate.  Within months of becoming a relator, his company recognized him as one of the top ten producers in the nation. Kevin specializes in representing homebuyers, sellers and investors.  His deep knowledge of waterfront properties and issues related to flood zones is especially important for clients wishing to sell or purchase in Eastern Massachusetts.

Kevin, is an eighteen-year resident of greater Boston, was raised in California, but has also lived in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Germany, Austria, Spain and the Middle East.  After graduating high school at 16, he spent a year as an exchange student in Germany.  He attended UC Irvine as an undergraduate and the University of Michigan for graduate school.

Kevin is also an enthusiastic volunteer for and supporter of a number of philanthropic organizations, including Habitat for Humanity, Rails to Trails, and Magical Moon. His hobbies include biking, kayaking, hiking and fishing.

Kevin speaks Spanish fluently, as well as some German and French.
